Develop a project: Increase average order value and revenue, offer ideas to promote your coffee shop. We expect you to: At least 2 years of experience in a management position in the food service industry. Commercial thinking: the ability to focus on results rather than process. Service excellence: Know how to build guest loyalty and manage feedback. Initiative: the ability to take responsibility for the development of the coffee shop ready.
