What you do Collect, clean, and prepare data for analysis. Explore big data sets and identify patterns. Conduct statistical, quantitative, and research analysis. Find growth opportunities and identify inefficient business processes. Analyze key product and business performance. Create predictive models and assess the impact of various factors. Develop and automate analytical reports. Create clear and informative dashboards. Verify data accuracy and report quality. Prepare summaries and present results to the business team. Conduct custom research and respond to non-standard business queries. Customer stack: SQL (ClickHouse, MySQL) Python (Pandas, NumPy) Qlik Sense Power BI/Superset (plus) Apache Airflow Jira, Confluence We expect the following from the candidate: At least 1 year of work experience as a data analyst or BI analyst. Strong knowledge of SQL (JOINs, CTEs, mirror functions, query optimization). Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis. Familiarity with mathematical statistics and data analysis methods. Experience in analytical reports and data visualization. Ability to draw conclusions and propose solutions based on data. Analytical thinking, mindfulness, and systems thinking. Experience in FinTech, BNPL, e-commerce, or banking will be an advantage. Working with Qlik Sense, Power BI, or other BI tools. Experience in creating ETL processes. Understanding product analytics and business performance. Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
