Software Engineer( Python/Django)

Aros is the largest telephone accessories and cartridges trading organization in Uzbekistan. We build and develop its internal IT team: basic management system, HR, Finance and analytics programs ourselves. The code you write will be used in a business that is real-world the next day. Our team is small — each programmer has full control over his direction. This job is for you if: • Claude Code/AI tools can work without limitation. We need someone who can increase speed by 3 to 5 times using AI. The important thing: be able to understand, validate, and take responsibility for the code that the AI produces. • Be responsible for working hours, schedules and deadlines • Be able to give your own solution when you see a problem and don't say "this is not my job" • Be able to guide young programmers, review code, justify your technical decision. • The backend is your main focus, but you also get into the frontend when you need to. We have backend programmers successfully handling the frontend as well Technical Requirements • At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Python + Django / DRF • PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimization • REST API design experience • Git, Gitlab • Docker, Elasticsearch • Redis, Celery • Test writing (pytest) • Frontend fundamentals (JS/HTML/CSS) don't have to be perfect, but you shouldn't be afraid We offer Salary: - - - - Freedom to make technical decisions yourself AI Full access to tools (Claude subscribtion at the expense of the company) Small team, no unnecessary bureaucracy Work schedule: Office Tashkent 5/2, 08:00-17:00 Selection process Resume Short interview (30 minutes) Practical assignment — You can and are encouraged to use AI tools.
