Job Objective: We are looking for a technically strong OpenText specialist who can be responsible for the technical aspects of ECM solution implementation and development projects, from platform architecture and configuration to integrations, delegating tasks to developers, and overseeing technical implementation. This role is for an individual with deep experience in OpenText, an internal understanding of the product, and the ability to make technical decisions independently. What you do: Design and implement solutions based on OpenText Content Server / Content Suite / Extended ECM; participate in development, configuration, and development of the OpenText platform; design integrations with SAP, ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems; Work with REST API, SOAP, and SQL; Development and coordination of technical solutions architecture; assign tasks to developers, conduct code / technical reviews, and monitor the quality of implementation; participation in the preparation of technical documentation; Participation in pre-sales work: solutions, manpower costs and technical risk assessment; Serving the customer as a technical specialist; To help develop the team's expertise. Who are we looking for: at least 3 years of experience with OpenText; Real technical experience in implementing and developing OpenText, not just project management; Experience with Content Server/Content Suite/Extended ECM; understand ECM system architecture and integrations; Experiment with REST API/SOAP; SQL knowledge and understanding of DBMS; experience in full-cycle implementation projects; Ability to independently design a solution and justify a technical approach.
