Our portfolio includes online equipping, merchant loans, analytical/reporting platforms, and custom IT solutions for banks, PSPs, and e-commerce. Our products: Internet Equipping (payment gateways, QR payments, recurring payments) Loan products (cash advances to merchants, white label BNPL) Reporting & analytics (vendors dashboards, conciliation, regulatory reports) IT Services & Integrations (API development, fintech infrastructure consulting) What you do: UI/UX design for company products: Paylov mobile app, merchant dashboards, payment tools, personal accounts, analysis panels Creating wireframes, prototypes, and final interfaces in Figma and Pencil Developing and supporting a design system, ensuring the consistency of the interface between products Conducting user research and testing hypotheses with the product team Collaborating closely with developers in submitting mockups Implementation Preparation of presentation materials: presentations for investors, Product presentations for clients and partners, corporate slide templates What we expect 1-3 years of experience as a UI/UX designer Portfolio with examples of completed projects (web and/or mobile interfaces) Necessity Understanding of Figma UX principles, user flows, and adaptive design Ability to work with design systems and a component-based approach Ability to clearly explain and advocate for design decisions Pros Presentation Design skills Experience in Fintech, B2B SaaS, or banking/PSP products Basic understanding of Flutter Experience in data visualization in interfaces (dashboards, charts, reports)
