We are looking for an experienced Graphic and Web Designer to join the 4Prep marketing team. If you are creative-minded, able to create modern design solutions, and want to develop powerful visual content together with the marketing team, we invite you to join our team. Requirements: – At least 2 years of experience as a Graphic and Web Designer. - Knowledge of Figma at a professional level. - Be able to work freely with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. - Experience in independent creation of landing page and web page design. - Be able to prepare carousel, cover, banner and other marketing materials for Instagram. - Good knowledge of typography, composition, grid system, color theory, and visual hierarchy. - A deep understanding of the brand identity and visual style and the ability to maintain a uniform standard across all designs. -Ability to work effectively with AI tools (ChatGPT, Firefly, Midjourney, Nano Banana, etc.). - Completing tasks on time and with quality based on the deadline. - Strong aesthetic taste, attention to detail and high visual performance. - Regularly monitor trends in marketing, design, and social media. - To be able to contribute to the creative development of the team, to propose new ideas and to actively participate in their implementation. - Responsible, initiative and ability to work effectively with a team. Additional value : – Experience creating simple animations and motion design. - Knowledge of UI/UX principles. - Have worked on projects in the field of Education or Marketing. 📌 Important: Portfolio submission is mandatory!
