Bepul E'lon is a free classifieds platform covering all of Uzbekistan. You can sell a single item or run a whole shop here: listings are free, and you only pay for promotion and online store tariffs. Here is how to get a business running from scratch.

Create an account
Signing up takes only a phone number: a 6-digit code is sent to it, then you set your name and a password. The website and the mobile app (Android, iOS) share one account — listings, chats and RentCoin are the same in both.
Use a real name and photo in your profile: buyers want to see who they are talking to.

Post your first listings
Create a listing with the «Add» button. Pick the category all the way down, choose the deal type, write the title, description and price, and set the location.
Every listing goes through moderation and shows up in the feed and search once approved. Posting is free and there is no limit on the number of listings.
- Up to 8 photos; the first becomes the main one, so put your best shot there.
- A video of up to 59 seconds and 50 MB shows the item in action.
- Give an honest price and condition: specific listings get more chats.

Open an online store
If you have more than a few items, tap «Open online market» in the «Online markets» section. A store is a showcase that keeps all your listings under one name, logo and cover.
The form asks for the store name, its type and contact numbers.
- Store type: private seller, company or official brand.
- Up to 4 phone numbers, a logo and a cover image (up to 5 MB, JPEG, PNG or WebP).
- For verification you upload a certificate, a patent or another identity document.

Get verified and fill the showcase
Once the document is checked, the store gets a «Verified» badge — a trust signal for buyers. The showcase holds all your listings, the description and the contacts.

Activate a tariff
The online store switches on once a tariff is paid for. Tariffs are listed on the «Tariff» tab, payment goes through Payme or Click, and the package is added to your account automatically.
The tariff unlocks the store features: an auto-boost quota and a push channel for subscribers (on the Bronze, Silver and Gold tariffs).

Boost listings to the top
A boosted listing stays at the top of the feed and search for a set time. There are three ways to boost:
- With RentCoin — points come from signing up, referrals and promo codes.
- With boosts from a package — every package includes a number of boosts.
- With the store’s auto-boost quota — the «Promotion» tab shows what is left and when it renews.

Send pushes to subscribers
You can send a push notification straight to the people following your store: a title and text in three languages, plus an optional image and link. As spam protection, one message per day.
It is the cheapest way to announce a new batch, a discount or a seasonal offer.

Watch the numbers
Every listing in the showcase shows views, saves, chats and calls, and the store keeps a transaction history.
Those numbers tell you what works: refresh the photo and title of a weak listing, and boost a strong one.

Work with buyers
Buyers reach you in chat or by calling the number you listed. A quick reply means more deals: an unanswered chat sends the buyer to the next listing.
Deactivate what you have sold and update listings when prices change, so the showcase always looks alive.
