1. Posting listings
Does posting a listing cost anything?
No. Posting listings and browsing them are both free. You only pay for extra promotion: boosting a listing and packages.
How do I post a listing?
Sign in and tap «Add». In the form pick the category all the way down, choose the deal type (rent, sale, exchange, service and others), fill in the title, description and price, set the location and add photos.
You can add up to 8 photos; the first one becomes the main image. A video is optional: MP4, MOV or AVI, up to 59 seconds and 50 MB.
Why is my listing not visible right away?
Every new listing goes through moderation. While it is being reviewed it sits in «My listings» with the «Pending» status; once approved it becomes active and shows up in search and in the feed.
Editing a listing sends it back to moderation as well.
How do I edit, hide or delete a listing?
Open the listing under «My listings» — it has «Edit», «Deactivate» and «Delete» actions. Deactivating hides the listing temporarily; you can activate it again at any time.
2. Account, contact and safety
What do I need to sign up?
Just your phone number. We send a 6-digit confirmation code to it, then you set your name and a password.
If a friend gave you a referral code, enter it during sign-up: the code only counts when a new account is created.
How do I contact the seller?
A listing page offers two ways: message the owner in chat or call the phone number shown. Conversations are kept in «Messages».
Tap the heart to save a listing to «Favorites» so you do not have to search for it again.
How do I avoid scams?
Never pay in advance for an item you have not seen, meet in a busy public place, and check the item and its documents before paying.
If you come across a suspicious listing or user, message us on Telegram and we will look into it.
3. RentCoin and promotion
What is RentCoin?
RentCoin is the in-app bonus system of Bepul E'lon. The points are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash; taking part is free. You spend them on promoting your listings.
How do I earn RentCoin?
Points come from signing up, from inviting a friend, from promo codes and from completed bookings.
Your referral code lives in the «Wallet» section: share it with a friend, and when they sign up with it you both get a bonus.
How do I boost a listing to the top?
The «Boost» button on your listing offers two options: pay with RentCoin, or spend one boost from an active package. A boosted listing stays at the top of the feed and search for a set time.
How are packages paid for?
Pick a package under «Packages» and pay with Payme or Click. Once the payment goes through, the package is added to your account automatically.
If the status stays «Payment is being verified», refresh the page in a few minutes.
4. App and support
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, the Bepul E'lon app is on Google Play for Android and on the App Store for iOS — the links are at the bottom of the page. The app and the website share one account: listings, chats and RentCoin are the same in both.
