Looking for a property valuation appraiser.

Job Description MKBANK is looking for a Property Valuation Appraiser to join our Property Valuation Department. We are looking for a specialist with practical experience in valuing non-residential buildings, structures and equipment. They are qualified in determining the value of properties, justifying the valuation results and assessing the associated risks for the Bank. Duties: Valuation of non-residential buildings and structures; Valuation of equipment; Analysis of documents and source data for the properties being valued; Determination and justification of the market value of properties; Assessment of the Bank's risks associated with the properties being valued; Analysis of the liquidity of the property and factors affecting its value; Preparation of reports and materials based on the valuation results; Providing a sound basis for the resulting value; Work with a large amount of data and tasks. Requirements: Higher education (at least bachelor's degree); Knowledge and practical experience in property valuation; Experience in valuing non-residential buildings, structures and equipment is required; High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.). Ability to clearly and rationally substantiate the results of the assessment; Analytical and independent thinking; Ability to find solutions in non-standard situations; Communication skills, responsibility and stress resistance. A certificate of a qualified appraiser will be an advantage and will be taken into account when determining the salary.
