Junior IT Project Manager needed

Do you want to grow in the IT project management field and work on real technology projects? Core Technology is looking for a Junior Project Manager who has practical experience in managing or coordinating IT projects and wants to grow with a strong technical team. You will have the opportunity to work directly with developers, analysts, quality control and experienced project managers, participate in real projects and gradually move to a middle project manager. What you will do — Coordinate the work of IT teams and monitor the implementation of tasks. — Participate in project, sprint and release planning. — Create, distribute and monitor tasks in Jira. — Interact with developers, analysts, quality control, designers and business customers. — Maintain project documentation: specifications, roadmap, meeting minutes and reports. — Organize and conduct daily, sprint planning, review and retrospective meetings. — Track deadlines and quickly identify risks and obstacles. — Prepare project status reports. — Participate in improving IT project management processes. Who we are looking for Requirements: — At least 1 year of practical experience in IT projects as a project coordinator, project administrator, junior project manager, business analyst or similar positions. — Higher education in IT, management, economics or a similar field. — Knowledge of Russian - conversational level or higher. — Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). — Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban. — Experience working with Jira and Confluence. — Ability to work with project documentation and organize large amounts of data. — Strong communication and organizational skills. — Responsibility, consistency and result orientation. Positive aspects. — Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs and integrations. — Experience interacting with development teams. — Understanding the differences between a project manager, product manager, business analyst and Scrum master. — Experience working on FinTech or banking IT projects. — Desire to become a mid-level project manager.
