When evaluating candidates, preference is given to the following: - Knowledge of a foreign language (candidates with international certificates or who have completed higher education in foreign countries). For this position, the candidate must have sufficient skills in working with various work programs as an independent user of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.), modern information technologies and the Internet; - Excellent knowledge of the Uzbek language, high level of Russian and English (candidates with international certificates or who have completed higher education in English-speaking countries are positively evaluated); - Be aware of the socio-economic reforms being implemented in the country and be able to deeply understand their content; - The candidate must have complete information in the Unified National Labor System of the Republic of Uzbekistan (UNLSS).
