Qualification requirements Higher education in areas and specialties in the field of law; High knowledge and skills in international standards of tax and financial reporting, as well as tax regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Work experience in the field must be at least 1 year; Excellent knowledge of the state language and a foreign language (Russian, English); High level of computer skills are required. Also: Based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 320 dated April 17, 2019, citizens who are not citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan; citizens previously convicted of a crime, regardless of whether the punishment was imposed on them, the conviction was completed or expunged, and an amnesty act was applied (except for citizens convicted of a crime committed through negligence, including not related to abuse of official position); recognized as legally incompetent or with limited legal capacity in accordance with the established procedure; persons who were previously dismissed from the state tax service bodies at the initiative of the employer in accordance with labor legislation (except for cases of dismissal under paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 of part two of Article 161 and Article 441 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan), as well as persons dismissed from other bodies and organizations for committing actions that discredit their reputation, are not accepted for service in the state tax service bodies.
